Lesley Mitler has more than 25 years of experience in recruitment, and has placed entry level candidates through senior level executives in organizations ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large international and multi-national corporations. Her fundamental knowledge of what hiring manager’s look for is the core of what Priority Candidates does to prepare college students/recent grads to get hired.
Lesley founded Priority Candidates, Inc. in 2009. Most recently, Lesley owned and operated Lesley Mitler Executive Search, a successful executive recruiting firm. She began her professional career with KPMG and is a licensed CPA.

Lesley graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Management Science/Accounting. She is married and resides in New York City. She has two sons – one an alumnus of Cornell University and the other a freshman at Cornell.

Eric Greenberg, founder and director of Greenberg Educational Group, is a Senior Advisor on Priority Candidates’ Board of Advisors. Greenberg Educational Group, founded in 1991, is regarded as a premier NYC educational firm. They offer highly innovative, personalized, one-on-one and small group test preparation, educational advising and academic tutoring services for students from elementary school through graduate school.
Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School and is a graduate of The Fieldston High School in Riverdale, New York. Deborah Carroll is a Principal with Priority Candidates. She has more than 25 years experience coaching hundreds of executives into leadership positions. In her career, Deborah has advised both hiring managers as well as job candidates in a wide range of areas, including: consumer products, management consulting, worldwide financial services, advertising and marketing, manufacturing, publishing, telecommunications, healthcare and
domestic energy.
As Vice President, Executive Recruitment & Talent Management for WPP, the largest global marketing and communications company, Deborah counseled WPP’s operating companies in North America, identifying strategic talent needs, designing job descriptions, and recruiting key performers. She also led the WPP MBA Fellowship, the highly competitive and esteemed international program for Ivy League MBAs.
Prior to joining WPP, Deborah worked for several prestigious executive search firms in New York City including Heidrick & Struggles, The Whitney Group, Booz Allen and Sydney Reynolds Associates. She also founded Carroll Research, teamed up with Fortune 50 corporations, to provide the tools these companies needed to identify, target and recruit exceptional and talented executives.
Deborah has been featured speaker in the Harvard Business School’s Webinar Series: Interviewing Tips. Deborah attended Columbia University (MA in Organizational Psychology), Fordham University (MST) and Marymount Manhattan College (BA). She lives in Manhattan and has 2 sons, ages 26 and 21 (currently a Senior at University of Pennsylvania). |
